Q: How do you pronounce Kaos?
A: It is pronounced exactly like the properly spelled word chaos.
- Q: What does Kid Kaos
mean?
A: Its really just an alias I use on the internet to make it more
difficult for people to track down the real me. The play on the work
"Chaos" was done because I like the idea of all things descending into
chaos. Also, when I shoot competitively in SASS competitions I shoot
under the name Kid Kaos. Not really much more I can say on the
subject.
- Q: Why did you
misspell "Chaos"?
A: Several reasons. One, I liked the "KK" abbreviation. It lends itself
to the modified chaos symbol I use as my logo on the top left of each
page. Two, the misspelling allows me to use the name in many forums and
other internet applications where the correct spelling is likely to
have already been taken. There are some other reasons but that should
really be enough.
- Q: Are you a "Gun Nut"?
A: Depends on your definition of an "Gun Nut". Some people think anyone
who owns a firearm is crazy, dangerous or somehow to be feared. My view
is that anyone who owns a firearm has an inherent obligation to learn
as much as possible about that firearm and its safe use. I also feel
that they have an obligation to pass that information on to anyone
willing to listen.
- Q: Are you a Satanist?
A: No. I am an Atheist. This means I do not believe in any gods at all.
If I do not believe in the christian god then I can not believe in its
antithesis, commonly known as Satan.
- Q: Do you really not
believe in God?
A: Yes I really do not believe in God or for that matter any gods at
all. Please see my About Kid Kaos page for further details.
- Q: Have you ever
killed anyone?
A:

site.
A: Its a practice site for me to test my HTML skills. Its a vanity site
for me to run on about things that interest me. Its an information site
for things I think may interest others. Its really just something for
me to do instead of watching TV.
- Q: Can I email you
about something not covered on this site?
A: Sure, but I may not
reply. For instance, if you ask me my opinion on Britney Spears I will
likely ignore you because I have none. If you ask me about something
like my view on a recent natural disaster I may just respond.
- Q: Were you really a
Marine?
A: Yes. I enlisted at the beginning of the first Gulf war. AKA Desert
Storm. I will not give any further details because it is a matter of
such a personal nature that I simply do not discuss it, even amongst
friends. What I am willing to say about it is here in my blog United States
Marine Corps. My Thoughts. My Life. I really wont answer any further inquires about this
subject.
- Q: Why the red and
white text format? Its kinda hard to read.
A: Most web browsers color the links blue by default. I like the Red,
White and Blue look of the text on my site. If its hard to read just
highlight the text or print out the page.
- Q: Are you a patriot?
A: That's a hard answer to give because in America there are so many
different people with very different ideas of what constitutes
patriotism. One may think its giving yourself to national service such
as the military. I have done that. Another may see it as giving ones
self to a noble cause that betters society. I have done that.
Still another may see it as leading a good and moral life. Again, I
have done this, at least as best as I can. So the answer is I don't
know. Maybe. Probably. Sort of. Next question.
- Q: What are your views
on the United States Constitution?
A: Tough one. I'm working on something that will eventually go into the
writing section but its still in the works. In many ways I see the
Constitution much as many christians see the bible and the ten
commandments. Many people quote from them both and often use parts as
verbal ammo but few really take the time to read fully and understand
either. I have spent a considerable amount of time reading our
constitution (for that matter the bible as well). I have read all of
our Constitutional amendments. There are a lot of them. I do not
profess to understand it all but I do my best. For now that's all I can
say on the subject but I promise that I will have a more fully thought
out answer in the future in my writings section. Please stop by the Armed Atheist Forum and voice your own opinion as well as
reading others.
- Q: Why didn't you
answer question #7?
A: Because its a stupid question. No answer I could give would ever be
believed. If I say "no" then most will assume I'm lying to protect
myself. If I say "yes" most will assume I am lying to make my self look
cool or something stupid like that. Either way answering the question
is pointless and asking it is even more pointless.
- Q: Are you a
survivalist?
A: Yes and no. Yes I believe that surviving a situation as intact as
possible requires some planning, training and preparation. No I am not
stocking up on guns, ammo and food awaiting the apocalypse, foreign
invasion, the rapture or the upcoming zombie attack. So lets just call
me an "Emergency Disaster Survivalist" instead.
- Q: Can you tell us
your real name?
A: No, but not because I'm hiding in anonymity. I have some connection
to a notable person that prevents me from feeling safe in disclosing
too much information about myself to the general public. Yes I'm
serious I have received very serious death threats related to this
connection. If you know who I am in real life please do not make it
public. If you are really interested I bet you can sort out who that is
and then by extension who I am. As if anyone really cares.
- Q: Will you really
repost my email question?
A: I just did. Seriously though I dont normally repost emails that I
receive. I do say that I reserve the right to repost them because I
want to keep my back side covered. Also, I used to post blogs and such
on various web forums before this site and I reposted peoples comments
then quite often. Basically keep in mind that this is my vanity site so
Im not likely to be posting much from people other than myself. You can
make your own vanity site, its easy, and post your own thoughts. I
might even link to it if I like you're work enough.
Or.... then I might just post your whole fucked up, incoherent email, with headers like I did HERE. Seriously, some of the weird shit I get really makes me wonder.
